Once an order is placed either online or via phone, our team begins inspection, processing and preparing it for shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll promptly receive an email containing the carrier information and tracking number, and future maintenance tips and tricks to keep your product(s) running like new for years to come.
Our standard policy is items will ship out same day if ordered prior to 11:00 AM EST. Delivery timeline depends on your location. On average, we deliver within 3-5 business days from the shipment date.
For expedited delivery, carriers do charge a little extra. Please contact us for expedited delivery timelines and cost.
All our products marked as in-stock are shipped from our warehouses in Toronto, Ontario, Canada or Niagara Falls, New York, USA.
To our valued customers in Alaska, Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut, and Puerto Rico: we treasure being a part of your community, no matter the distance. We understand that delivering to these beautiful, yet remote regions can be challenging. To ensure that your orders arrive safely and promptly, there is a small additional shipping cost for deliveries to these areas.

We offer shipping in four ways.
Option 1 (Free): We can ship the item to a trucking terminal close to your residential address. You present your ID and they will place the item in your vehicle free of charge.
Option 2 (Free): We can ship the item to any commercial property as long as it complies with both the following criteria.
- The commercial property is not located at a residence.
- The commercial property has lifting equipment or a dock to offload the skid.
The House of Contractors Inc. does not pay hydraulic lift-gate charges.
Option 3 ($199.99): We can have the item shipped to your residence. The carrier NOT House of Contractors Inc. charges an additional $100.00 for residential shipping and additional $100.00 for hydraulic lift-gate usage.
When you receive the item, please visually inspect for any obvious damages. If the item is damaged, please note on the delivery slip prior to signing. Carriers disclaim liability if there is no notation on delivery slip.
