Eligibility:
- Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.
Return Procedure:
- Please contact us prior to returning your item.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received by the House of Contractors and is inspected.
- If the item is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or has obvious signs of use, the return will be denied.
Exchanges (if applicable):
